Turnaround depends on the service. Essential Upkeep visits are usually completed within a few working days. A Full Service Overhaul generally takes two to three weeks. Legacy Restoration timelines are scoped individually, as sourcing and staged work can take longer — we keep you updated throughout.

Walk-ins are welcome during our opening hours. That said, if your piece requires a detailed consultation — particularly for restoration work — calling ahead ensures we can give it proper time when you arrive.

We work with a broad range of timepieces — quartz and mechanical, modern and vintage. This includes everyday watches as well as mid-range and higher-end pieces. For very specialised movements or brand-specific warranty servicing, we will advise honestly if a referral is more appropriate.

Yes. After assessing your piece, we provide a clear outline of the proposed work and the associated cost. No work proceeds without your agreement. For restoration projects, costs are scoped at the outset and any significant changes are communicated before they occur.

We treat every piece in our care with the utmost attention. Our workshop maintains professional indemnity cover for items under service. We recommend discussing this directly with us when you drop your watch off, particularly for pieces of significant value.

A general guide is every four to six years for a mechanical piece used regularly, though this varies by movement type and usage conditions. If you notice the watch gaining or losing noticeably more time than usual, stopping unexpectedly, or showing difficulty winding, a service visit is worth arranging.
