Essential watch upkeep

Service 01

Essential Upkeep

RM 540 per service

A gentle care visit designed for watches that are in regular use and due for maintenance — not a major overhaul. The service covers battery renewal, a thorough seal inspection, exterior cleaning of case and bracelet, and strap adjustment where needed. A short written note documents the condition found and the work completed.

What is included:

  • Battery renewal (quartz models)
  • Crown and pusher seal inspection
  • Ultrasonic case and bracelet cleaning
  • Strap or bracelet adjustment
  • Written service note

Best suited to: Daily quartz wearers and casual mechanical watches due for a routine check-up. Not intended for movements requiring disassembly.

Typical turnaround: 2–4 working days.

Full mechanical watch overhaul

Service 02

Full Service Overhaul

RM 2,060 per service

A complete mechanical service for watches that run on automatic or manual-wind movements. The movement is removed from the case, fully disassembled, and cleaned using an ultrasonic process. All components are inspected individually. Fresh lubricants appropriate to the calibre are applied, and the regulation is set and verified on a timing machine. A condition report and a follow-up accuracy check are included.

What is included:

  • Full movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
  • Component inspection and replacement (worn parts)
  • Calibre-matched lubrication
  • Accuracy regulation and timing machine verification
  • Water resistance test (where applicable)
  • Written condition report and follow-up accuracy check

Best suited to: Owners of mechanical watches on a regular service schedule — typically every 4–6 years.

Typical turnaround: 2–3 weeks, plus follow-up check after wearing.

Antique watch legacy restoration

Service 03

Legacy Restoration

From RM 4,420 — individually scoped

A staged restoration for antique, vintage, and deeply sentimental pieces. This service begins with a detailed consultation to understand the watch's history and the owner's intentions for it. Work is scoped in phases — case and dial work, movement service, and part sourcing are addressed separately, with the client involved at each decision point. Regular progress updates are provided throughout.

What is included:

  • Initial consultation and scope discussion
  • Condition photography before and during work
  • Case polishing, refinishing, or conservation as agreed
  • Dial and hand preservation or restoration
  • Period-correct part sourcing via regional network
  • Full movement service and regulation
  • Detailed written restoration record

Best suited to: Antique pieces, inherited watches, and collectors' items where the preservation of character and provenance matters.

Timeline: Varies by scope — typically 4–10 weeks. Discussed and confirmed at consultation.
